Product return and refund policy

Touch Up Texter values our relationship with you.

The following policy applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.

Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused nor in a damaged condition.
Please email us at Sales@touchuptexter.com.au within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Be sure to include your order/receipt number in the email.
All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packed with the product (box, canister etc).

Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage.

Include the original customer receipt with the returned product.
If you purchased the product from one of our authorised dealers, follow the return instructions provided by the dealer.

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.

Shipping
Products purchased online cannot be returned to any of our retail locations.

They must be shipped to Touch Up Texter c/- 16 Drury Terreace, Tonsley, South Australia 5042.

We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or if the product is defective.

Otherwise you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any item returned or exchanged.

When shipping products back to us, retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records, so you can track the shipment. Products returned more than 14 days from shipping date will not be refunded or returned to you.

We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage.

Damaged Items
Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by emailing us at sales@touchuptexter.com.au

Cancellations
Please choose your items carefully before you make an order.

We do not accept cancellations if you change your mind after purchase.
